About Our Plastic Surgery Office
We realize there are many choices when it comes to selecting the right plastic surgeon for your cosmetic or reconstructive procedure. Perhaps the most important factor to consider in choosing a surgeon is the comfort that you feel not only with the doctor, but with the entire office and experience. From the initial phone call to your care after surgery, we pride ourselves in treating every patient as we would like to be treated.
Our Practice Philosophy
I want my patients to feel like they were treated and respected as an individual with their own needs and spend as much time as they need to feel comfortable. It’s important they have all the information they need before making their decision. I discuss options that include safety, cost, value and effectiveness for each patient, review your entire history, and truly listen to what is troubling you and what you would like to improve. I provide my assessment of what would provide the biggest change for the least amount of risk and cost.
I have often discouraged patients from pursuing certain procedures as I do not want to charge a patient for a procedure I believe will be less than effective for them. I believe in staying focused in areas of plastic surgery one excels in. Because I do a lot of post bariatric plastic surgery, body contouring, and breast surgeries, I often send patients to other surgeons instead of performing a surgery I have chosen to not do often. I treat each patient as though they were a friend or family member.
We are a small office and have worked together for many years in a comfortable, relaxed environment. I do not spend a lot on decorating an office space at the expense of my patients and still take insurance when many plastic surgeons do not. I charge less for procedures that are out-of-pocket whenever possible.
